Praise for Deliverance

List out all of God’s gracious dealings 
All the things that deserve our praising 
Of His goodness be rejoicing 
Mercy and love He granted according 

The LORD says “THESE ARE MY PEOPLE 
SURELY THEY WOULDN’T DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL”
So He came down and became their equal 
Experiencing their troubles and upheaval 

In their suffering He suffered with them 
Personally He desired to rescue them 
With love and mercy He redeemed them 
Lifted them up and also carried them 

But eventually they rebelled against Him
Unto His Spirit did they anguish Him
As their enemy He turned against them  
He fought as opposition versus them 

But remember back to the days of old
When His glory you did behold
When His power to you was known 
His holiness was fully shown 

When He did something so outrageous 
And displayed how He is so gracious 
He then made Himself so famous
And then obtained the highest status 

HE earned the greatest reputation 
HE can handle any situation 
HE is the Author of salvation 
HE deserves our highest admiration

Inspired by Numbers chapter 19 & Matthew Henry’s  Commentary “COME AND BRING OUT A RED HEIFER  A PERFECT ANIMAL WITHOUT DEFECT THE SINS OF THE PEOPLE IT SHALL ACQUIRE  BURN IT TO ASHES FOR FULL EFFECT  “THE SUFFERING THROUGH FIRE IS A SACRIFICE TO SATISFY MY JUSTICE FOR DISOBEDIENCE  THIS IS THE ULTIMATE COST AND PRICE  BETWEEN OURSELVES TO INTERMEDIATE  “THE BUTCHER AND INFLAMER WILL BE UNCLEAN AS WELL AS THE ONE WHO PICKS UP THE ASHES  SO THEY MUST WASH THEMSELVES PRISTINE  SO THE PEOPLE ARE NO LONGER FRACTIOUS  “A CONSEQUENCE OF SIN IS DEATH SO TOUCHING A CORPSE IS DEFILING  THE LAW CANNOT BRING BACK YOUR HEALTH  SO NEW LIFE AND HOPE I WAS COMPILING  “MIX THE ASHES WITH FRESH WATER THIS MIXTURE IS YOUR PURIFICATION  THIS WILL ATONE FOR SIN’S SLAUGHTER  A SYMBOL OF OUR SACRED RELATION”

More Than Conquerers
