Phillipians

From a slave of Christ Jesus
To God's people so zealous
May you be full of His grace
And of His peacefulness

I am grateful for you my dear partners
As we confirm the truth in His special favor
He who began the good work within you
Until Christ returns, will His work continue

We must live as citizens of heaven
United in spirit with faith as a weapon
Not intimidated by our enemies
But assured by serving in HIs embassy

Let us agree wholeheartedly with each other
Loving one another and working together
With one mind and one purpose
Each of us burning hot as God’s furnace

We should do everything without complaining
So to us no one can be criticizing
Living as children of God so innocent
Shining brightly and so magnificent

Don't think religious devotion as priceless
Compared to Christ it is worthless
Infinite value is knowing Him as Lord
Everything else should be discarded

Jesus submitted to God in obedience
Then elevated to the highest place
As He died a criminal upon a cross
He is Christ our Lord so glorious

Forget the past, press ahead and look forward
Reach the end of the race and receive your reward
Eagerly waiting for Christ to return
So the prize won has been rightfully earned

Be full of joy, again I say rejoice!
Shout His name and raise your voice
Pray about everything and always thank Him
For His peace will guard our hearts against sin

Fix our hearts on what is true and honorable
Right, pure, lovely, and admirable
Think about things that are excellent and worthy
Keeping the faith and giving Him glory
