Prayer for Spiritual Growth

Inspired by Ephesians 3:14-21

I fall to my knees and pray to the Father
Who, on heaven and earth, is its Creator
From infinite assets may He empower
Us with inner strength so Christ may encounter

Prepare your hearts and open the door
As He plants His love into our core
May we understand what He has in store
And how much of us that He adores

Can you fathom the great dimensions
Of His love and admiration
Isn't it mysterious
That we can experience
The breadth, length, depth, and loftiness
Of Christ's love and its fullness

Sin is conquered and obsolete
Death itself is in defeat
As He takes His glory seat
In His image we are made complete

Now to Him who can accomplish
More than we can ask or imagine
To Him who made salvation happen
Glory to Him for all generations

The Purification Water

Inspired by Numbers chapter 19 & Matthew Henry’s  Commentary “COME AND BRING OUT A RED HEIFER  A PERFECT ANIMAL WITHOUT DEFECT THE SINS OF THE PEOPLE IT SHALL ACQUIRE  BURN IT TO ASHES FOR FULL EFFECT  “THE SUFFERING THROUGH FIRE IS A SACRIFICE TO SATISFY MY JUSTICE FOR DISOBEDIENCE  THIS IS THE ULTIMATE COST AND PRICE  BETWEEN OURSELVES TO INTERMEDIATE  “THE BUTCHER AND INFLAMER WILL BE UNCLEAN AS WELL AS THE ONE WHO PICKS UP THE ASHES  SO THEY MUST WASH THEMSELVES PRISTINE  SO THE PEOPLE ARE NO LONGER FRACTIOUS  “A CONSEQUENCE OF SIN IS DEATH SO TOUCHING A CORPSE IS DEFILING  THE LAW CANNOT BRING BACK YOUR HEALTH  SO NEW LIFE AND HOPE I WAS COMPILING  “MIX THE ASHES WITH FRESH WATER THIS MIXTURE IS YOUR PURIFICATION  THIS WILL ATONE FOR SIN’S SLAUGHTER  A SYMBOL OF OUR SACRED RELATION”

More Than Conquerers
