Living Water

Inspired by John 4:1-38 & 7:37-39

We all have our prejudices
Coming from our bitter grudges
Don't want to associate with them
But it's not our place to condemn

We can ask "Why ask for a drink?"
For this goes against our instinct
But if our hearts were more softer
God would bless us with living water

Earthly water temporarily satisfies
Won't stop us from meeting our demise
But living water eternally supplies
In His Presence are we baptized

Salvation comes through the Jews
We must worship in spirit and in truth 
Because our Father in Heaven is Spirit 
He alone gives our existence merit

“Anyone who is thirsty come and consume
From my heart does living water bloom
Refresh and share this cleansing flow
So the replenishing others can know”

The Purification Water

Inspired by Numbers chapter 19 & Matthew Henry’s  Commentary “COME AND BRING OUT A RED HEIFER  A PERFECT ANIMAL WITHOUT DEFECT THE SINS OF THE PEOPLE IT SHALL ACQUIRE  BURN IT TO ASHES FOR FULL EFFECT  “THE SUFFERING THROUGH FIRE IS A SACRIFICE TO SATISFY MY JUSTICE FOR DISOBEDIENCE  THIS IS THE ULTIMATE COST AND PRICE  BETWEEN OURSELVES TO INTERMEDIATE  “THE BUTCHER AND INFLAMER WILL BE UNCLEAN AS WELL AS THE ONE WHO PICKS UP THE ASHES  SO THEY MUST WASH THEMSELVES PRISTINE  SO THE PEOPLE ARE NO LONGER FRACTIOUS  “A CONSEQUENCE OF SIN IS DEATH SO TOUCHING A CORPSE IS DEFILING  THE LAW CANNOT BRING BACK YOUR HEALTH  SO NEW LIFE AND HOPE I WAS COMPILING  “MIX THE ASHES WITH FRESH WATER THIS MIXTURE IS YOUR PURIFICATION  THIS WILL ATONE FOR SIN’S SLAUGHTER  A SYMBOL OF OUR SACRED RELATION”

More Than Conquerers
