Spiritual Rebirth

Inspired by John chapter 3

Jesus said “Unless you are born again 
     you cannot see the Kingdom of God
This statement may come off as insane 
     and the person speaking is just a fraud 

"But humans can only reproduce humans 
The Holy Spirit reproduces spiritual beings 
The wind blows with no destination
So it goes with spiritual dealings

"We can tell you what we know and have seen
Yet you won't believe our testimony
You did not believe when I told you earthly things
So how can I explain what is heavenly and holy?

The Son of Man came down from heaven
Like the bronze snake, must be lifted back up
He did not come down to judge God's creation
But to save mankind so God and man make up"

God gave Jesus the Holy Spirit
It was given to him without limit
His divine origins were implicit
And his holiness we can inherit

So let HIM become greater and greater
While we become less and less
Parting ways with our sinful nature
Only to be eternally blessed

The Purification Water

Inspired by Numbers chapter 19 & Matthew Henry’s  Commentary “COME AND BRING OUT A RED HEIFER  A PERFECT ANIMAL WITHOUT DEFECT THE SINS OF THE PEOPLE IT SHALL ACQUIRE  BURN IT TO ASHES FOR FULL EFFECT  “THE SUFFERING THROUGH FIRE IS A SACRIFICE TO SATISFY MY JUSTICE FOR DISOBEDIENCE  THIS IS THE ULTIMATE COST AND PRICE  BETWEEN OURSELVES TO INTERMEDIATE  “THE BUTCHER AND INFLAMER WILL BE UNCLEAN AS WELL AS THE ONE WHO PICKS UP THE ASHES  SO THEY MUST WASH THEMSELVES PRISTINE  SO THE PEOPLE ARE NO LONGER FRACTIOUS  “A CONSEQUENCE OF SIN IS DEATH SO TOUCHING A CORPSE IS DEFILING  THE LAW CANNOT BRING BACK YOUR HEALTH  SO NEW LIFE AND HOPE I WAS COMPILING  “MIX THE ASHES WITH FRESH WATER THIS MIXTURE IS YOUR PURIFICATION  THIS WILL ATONE FOR SIN’S SLAUGHTER  A SYMBOL OF OUR SACRED RELATION”

More Than Conquerers
