God Makes Things Holy

Inspired by Leviticus 21-24

Priests delegate between God and the absent
Demonstrating how faith shouldn't get stagnant
Enjoying fellowship with God and being set apart
Making sure our lives are aligned with His heart

They need to be careful with the special gifts
As unclean things and God are in conflict
Because they cannot make things become elegant
People cannot make things become reverent

"I, THE LORD, MAKE HOLY THINGS SACRED
YET IT WAS SIN WHO BREACHED AND INVADED
MAKING MY CREATION CONGEST WITH HATRED
SO SALVATION HAD TO BE AWAKENED

"SO BE CLEANSED OF MALEVOLENCE
TO BE FULL OF MY BENEVOLENCE
LIVING LIVES OF RIGHTEOUS EXCELLENCE
BECAUSE MY SPIRIT IS YOUR INHERITANCE

"ENJOY THE TIMES OF HALLOWED ASSEMBLY
REMEMBER WHEN I DISPLAYED MY SANCTITY
LIKE WHEN I BROUGHT YOU OUT OF CAPTIVITY
SO PRAISE AND WORSHIP ME MOST LAVISHLY"

Let us not profane the Lord God Almighty
The One who breathed and divided the sea
Do not blaspheme and take His Name lightly
Because He can judge us without mercy

Burn the oil and don't let the light go out
Because the darkness brings with it doubt
The world and God are very contrasting
But He is the Light and Life everlasting

The Purification Water

Inspired by Numbers chapter 19 & Matthew Henry’s  Commentary “COME AND BRING OUT A RED HEIFER  A PERFECT ANIMAL WITHOUT DEFECT THE SINS OF THE PEOPLE IT SHALL ACQUIRE  BURN IT TO ASHES FOR FULL EFFECT  “THE SUFFERING THROUGH FIRE IS A SACRIFICE TO SATISFY MY JUSTICE FOR DISOBEDIENCE  THIS IS THE ULTIMATE COST AND PRICE  BETWEEN OURSELVES TO INTERMEDIATE  “THE BUTCHER AND INFLAMER WILL BE UNCLEAN AS WELL AS THE ONE WHO PICKS UP THE ASHES  SO THEY MUST WASH THEMSELVES PRISTINE  SO THE PEOPLE ARE NO LONGER FRACTIOUS  “A CONSEQUENCE OF SIN IS DEATH SO TOUCHING A CORPSE IS DEFILING  THE LAW CANNOT BRING BACK YOUR HEALTH  SO NEW LIFE AND HOPE I WAS COMPILING  “MIX THE ASHES WITH FRESH WATER THIS MIXTURE IS YOUR PURIFICATION  THIS WILL ATONE FOR SIN’S SLAUGHTER  A SYMBOL OF OUR SACRED RELATION”

More Than Conquerers
